• What is call broadcast?
 

Call broadcasting feature will allow you to easily record a message in your own voice or any voice you choose and automatically send it to every phone number on your list. As a simple example, you can record a message saying, "Hi, everyone. This is John. I have an important message for you...". Then, you can add as many numbers you want to the call broadcast members list and send out your message to everyone on the member list.

• How do I know if my broadcast went out to everyone?

To see if your message was delivered to a certain member, you can access your call broadcast report from Reachme website.

        1. Click on 'Group Calls' tab.

        2. Click on 'Call Reports' menu.

        3. Enter the date of your call broadcast.

        4. Click on 'Show the Report'.
 

On this report, you can see the result of your call broadcast.

• Can my members record a message for me after listening to my message?

After or during your message, you can give them the option of leaving a voice message for you. By pressing the * button anytime during your message, they will be able to record a voice message. The recorded message will be saved in your mailbox.

• Can my members be transferred to me?

Your members can be connected to you via transfer by pressing a button during your message. For setup on this feature, please contact us.

To add members on your call broadcast list by internet:

        1. Click on 'Group Calls' tab.

        2. Click on 'Add and Remove members' menu.

        3. Follow instructions to add members.
 

To add a member by phone:

1. Call your virtual number.

        2. Press * and passcode.

        3. Press 6 to access the call broadcast menu.

        4. Press 1 to add a number to your list.
