In a conference call, multiple callers can are connected to each other through a 'meeting room'. You can create or join a conference room so that callers can join and be able to speak and listen at the same time.

• How can I record a conference call?

Before you establish a conference in the conference menu, you are given the option to start a normal conference or a recorded conference. If you choose to record the conference, your conference will be recorded and the recorded conversation will be sent to your voicemail in a .wav file.

As a observer/listener only participant in a conference call, you can only listen. Anything you say will not be heard by other parties in the conference call.

• How do I set up a conference?

To set up a conference:

1. Call your virtual number.

2. Press * and your passcode to access the main menu.

3. Press 64 to access the conference menu.

4. Press 4 to establish an inbound conference.
   or Press 5 to establish and record an inbound conference.

Now that the conference is established, other parties can call your virtual number to join your conference call.
