• How do I set up the live operator feature?

To set up the live operator service, you first need to call us and let us know you want to start using this feature. After initial setup, you can log on to your account on the internet and:

        1. Click on 'Settings' tab.

        2. Click on 'Live Operator' menu.

        3. Follow instruction to customize your live operator service.

To turn your live operator service on/off by phone:
 

1. Call your virtual number.

       2. Press * and passcode.
       3. Press 301 to turn ON or

            Press 302 to turn OFF.
