Recording and setting greeting You can record up to 7 different greetings. Turn on any of your greetings by accessing your Voicemail at any time. Your Voicemail can play different greetings depending on the time of the day and day of the week (greetings for business hours, nights, weekend, holidays..) greetings can be used for music on-hold (while the calls are transferring to you) also you can determine which greeting to be used if your transferred call was busy and/or you did not answer the call. Greetings can automatically be changed depending on the callers, for example play greeting #1 for callers with Caller ID and greeting #2 for Blocked ID. If you use the Caller Groups, you can specify different greetings for each group of callers depending on their Caller ID. To Record the Greetings or Switch between Greetings Manually press *33 then enter the Greeting number 1 to 7 |

Access Messages and Faxes When you access your service, you will hear how many new messages and faxes you have, new faxes will be announced one time only to access the faxes at a later time press 21. |

Fax-mail Your voicemail will automatically detect and receive faxes if fax service is enabled in Settings. To retrieve your new faxes call from a fax machine press * and your pass-code, press the START key on the fax machine and all your new faxes will be sent to you, or go to the fax menu by pressing *21 to retrieve your new and saved faxes. You can call from a regular phone to access the Voicemail go to the fax menu by pressing *21 and select any fax document and enter a fax number, all selected documents will be faxed to that fax number. Fax-on-demand Your can store up to 9 different multi page fax documents to the keys 1 to 9. Your callers can call your virtual office, select a fax document by pressing 1 to 9, then press START on their fax machine or enter their fax number to receive the document(s.) * $ To store a fax document, call from a fax machine press * and the pass-code, press *22 then press document number 1 to 9, then press the START on your fax machine to upload the fax-on-demand document. |

Transfers and Forwarding If CONFIRMED, SECURED or SCREENED transfer is on, when the call is transferred to you, either press 1 to answer the call, press 2 to answer and record the conversation, press 3 to refuse the call and play the BUSY greeting for your callers or press 9 to refuse the call and take a message. Transfer options can be combined. You can program the first 3 Transfer schedules by phone and all 12 via internet. *$ Call Hunting If you turn ON more than one transfer, UVM will try calling you on all active transfers simultaneously. |
