ReachME Live Operator is one of our most popular features of our service for businesses, and it’s quite simple. We set up your account with a live person to answer your calls and we answer with your business name using a simple greeting. When the caller asks for you, a department, or any of your associates if you have multiple transfers, we transfer the call according to whomever your client wishes to speak with at their home, office or cell phone during business hours. Or, at your request, we can transfer the caller to your voicemail to leave a message.

Simulate ringing before voicemail
If you choose to send the caller to your voicemail to take a message instead of transferring to you, ReachME Virtual Office can generate imitation ringing tones before your voicemail answers so the caller will think they have been transferred to your desk but you were not available and will get your voicemail and personal greeting.
